All orders placed on our website are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll receive an SMS/Email confirmation along with tracking details.
2. Shipping Time
Delivery timelines vary based on your location:

3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
Standard shipping charges may apply for COD orders (if applicable).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
You can check your order status anytime until it arrives at your doorstep.
5. COD (Cash on Delivery)
COD is available in most serviceable pin codes.
If COD is unavailable for your area, you will be notified at checkout.
6. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, DTDC, and others to ensure timely and safe delivery.
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
In case of incomplete or incorrect addresses, contact details, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us.
We will reach out to assist in re-shipping the order.
8. Packaging & Safety
