At Peppyzone, we want you to love what you wear. If you receive a product that doesn’t match your expectations, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Returns will not be accepted for products showing signs of wear or damage.

Exchange Guidelines

  • You may exchange for a different size, color, or product of the same value.

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order ID and issue.

  2. Our team will arrange a pickup or guide you on the next steps.

  3. After inspection, your return/exchange will be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on clearance or special offers (if explicitly mentioned).

  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products.
